Eurythmy is an art of movement that arose out of the work of Rudolf Steiner and has since been developed by others. Poetry, music, colour: through eurythmy all soul experiences can be expressed in movement. Pieces of music as well as poetry can be performed by a solo artist or in groups. With its tendency towards beauty and harmony eurythmy provides food for the soul which is so often lacking in our everyday lives for both audience and performer and puts us back in touch with the creative sources of life.
